The Brother B872 wide gauge curtain tape  machine.       Converted to 65mm gauge for inserting curtain header tape on velvet or cotton print type fabrics. Racing PL close coupled puller feed unit is fitted with electronic roller lift. A full range of guides and reel holders are available.

Used for sewing blind spot tacks on mitred corners on curtains or blind spot tacks on ties.
The mechanical knives, clutch and stopping mechanism have been removed to allow pre-determined stitch count programming.
Machine fitted with pneumatic start and fully automatic
stitch count, thread trimmer, thread wiper and bed drop.

The Brother V92 top feed five thread piper ruffler overlock. Used in the production of curtains.
The machine will sew the piping cord into the binding, attach to the body fabric and ruffle in one operation.
Maximum pipe is 5mm with top and bottom feed dogs feeding both sides of the  pipe for the ultimate finish.

A single needle, needle feed lockstitch machine fitted with a synchronized binding attachment to produce
curtain tie-backs. The binding attachment and gauge
fittings are available in kit form and will fit to existing Brother B790 and B791 series needle feed lockstitch range of machines.
